This car is a Subaru WRX STI 2015 and this video is supposed to be a “color changing car prank”. Unfortunately “Paramagnetic Paint” does not change colour that way when voltage is applied. The above video, like many others are hoaxes done with Adobe Premiere or a similar video editor. Who knows maybe in some decades cars that change colour will be a reality.
